Archipel Ontario Health Team (OHT) is a group of organizations and individuals offering health care and community services in both official languages. We serve the eastern part of Ottawa and the United Counties of Prescott-Russell, which includes 200,000 people. Archipel partners work together to create a network in which people have access to the right care, in the right setting, at the right time.

We currently have two projet lead positions to fill. L’Hôpital Montfort is acting as the employer for both positions.

• Chargé de projet (Transformation du système/Responsable du réseau de soins primaires) - Santé Ontario
• Chargé de projet (Qualité et soutien à la prise de décision : Équipe Santé Ontario-Archipel)
