Welcome to the Archipel team!
The year is off to a great start at Archipel Ontario Health Team (OHT) as we are delighted to welcome two new team members to the Transformation Office.
We are pleased to welcome back Brian Schnarch. Brian returned to Archipel as Lead, Performance and Analytics last December.
With over 30 years of experience in health system planning, population health, and Indigenous health, Brian is known for his leadership and ability to transform data into actionable knowledge.
His expertise has already contributed to several key achievements at Archipel, including a better understanding of our population and measuring our impact. His commitment to the collaborative model of OHTs and the use of evidence-based data is a major asset for the continuous improvement of care and equity. The best compliment to an employer is to return to work there—welcome back, Brian!
Welcome to François Cholette, who joined the Archipel team in early January as Lead, Primary Care Network/System Transformation.
A bilingual Franco-Ontarian proud of his roots, François has over 18 years of experience in chronic disease management, health promotion, and community initiative development. He recently completed his administrative residency at Montfort Hospital, where he led a strategic project to strengthen collaboration between primary care and outpatient services.
Empathetic and guided by collaboration, innovation, and strategic vision, François will help grow Archipel's Primary Care Network and design sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of our communities. We look forward to working with François!
