One Million Canadian Hearts: free heart health screening

This fall, Ontario Health Team (OHT) Archipel, the Eastern Ontario Health Unit, the Eastern Ottawa Family Health Team, and the University of Ottawa Heart Institute invite adults aged 18 and older to participate in One Million Canadian Hearts, a free screening program designed to help identify heart health risk factors.
