Archipel Data Explorer: a new tool available at all times
Data in self-service for Archipel partners
The Archipel Ontario Health Team (OHT) has recently launched the Community Data Explorer, a new tool that provides reliable data on a wide range of health indicators.
The Data Explorer is available on a self-service basis. It comes at just the right time to support Archipel partners planning to respond to the Interprofessional Primary Care Team Expansion Call for Proposals launched by the province on September 29th.
This new tool will also be useful for planning various health initiatives and can support other types of proposals.
Over 50 indicators
The Data Explorer contains indicators on primary care and the population for the region as a whole, as well as by neighbourhood, municipality and postal code. You will find over 50 indicators on access to primary care and population characteristics, including socio-economic status, language and health status.
"We designed the Data Explorer so that partners have access to the most frequently sought-after data, in a self-service format. For more specific requests, we also offer a support service and analytical expertise," explains Brian Schnarch, Performance and Analytics Lead at Archipel.
Reliable and up-to-date system
The Data Explorer is updated on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure the data is as up-to-date as possible and remains reliable. You can select indicators and geographic sectors to view specific data or download the entire dataset for a detailed analysis.
