How to become a
member of Archipel
An organization based on shared leadership
Archipel is a network of partners that transcends sectorial silos to optimize the local health system and better serve the population.
Our leadership framework is built on a collective vision and a common mission.

A collaborative decision-making agreement
At Archipel, decision-making is a collaborative process. In order to work in a concerted and efficient manner, the members of Archipel OHT sign and commit to implement the Collaborative Decision-Making Agreement (CDMA) and Share-Leadership Framework(PDF).
We value diverse partnerships and shared leadership to promote the best use of limited resources for the common good and to achieve our collective vision.
Who are the members of Archipel OHT?
The Archipel OHT members are the representatives of the organizations that signed the CDMA, and the community representatives (partner clients). Our team includes close to 70 members. Archipel has two categories of members: Partner and Affiliate. Check out the list of our members.
Archipel Partner
A partner is an entity that is fully committed to the initiatives of Archipel OHT and ultimately responsible for the success and achievement of the common goal. The signature of the CDMA is required to obtain and maintain this status.
Archipel Affiliate
An affiliated member has expertise in a specific field, or is an organization that works with multiple OHTs, or is not primarily funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care. The affiliated members have interests that align with the common objective of Archipel OHT.
